Have you ever wondered, "Why has God placed me here? What is the reason for this suffering?"
Well I have...many times, usually while I am surrounded by so many blessings - but I am so caught up in my selfish desires, I fail to see the marvelous beauty of God's plan. Sometimes He takes - to prune our life, for His purpose and design. I realized this profoundly after my divorce and now see that it was all part of His design so I could become a Missionary for Christ, pilot and better mother. God has postponed the January Malawi trip to June, but instead of feeling defeated, I am renewed knowing that He has a perfect plan in this. Perhaps someone needs to join the travel team that can only leave in June. Perhaps there is a woman that will be specifically placed there at that time that needs to be ministered to. I will not try to understand God and place myself at His level, but I do know all things work out for the glory and perfect will of God. Another opportunity came up to serve at the San Diego Rescue Mission, so my son and I will travel there in January. We are teaming up with the Hope Rescue Mission in Missoula to connect resources and see how we can help our community back home with their wisdom. Excited to see the journey God takes us. May you all have a blessed and joyful day! God is so good. All the time! Blessings, Katrina Angelina
